Cleaning and Maintenance Tips
- Timber floors are designed to be highly durable with low maintenance, taking good care of your floors and using preventative measures will help maintain your beautiful floors.
- Clean floors regularly- Use only recommended flooring products. Suitable methods include using a mop, a soft broom, or vacuum with soft brush. Do not use excess water when cleaning.
- Wipe all spillages immediately.
- Avoid using oil soaps, liquid, or other household products on floors.
- Install mats at all external entrances, avoid using rubber.
- Use floor protectors under heavy pieces of furniture.
- Remove shoes, heels and damaged soles can damage timber floors.
- Keep animal nails trimmed.
- Regularly move rugs and mats to reduce spot fading.
